Project Management
This includes:
Management of Builds and Alterations.
Liaising with the Architect before the build commences.
Work through contractual conditions for the project and payments.
Budgeting advice and tracking during the build.
Selection of Trades.
Programming of the build for all trades.
Site meetings with the owner, architect and builder to discuss progress and bring the building back on programme to meet completion if required.
Documentation control so that all documents are up to date on site with changes identified.
Completion package to have all documentation prepared for sign off for CCC.
